PAYMENT
All payments are processed through PayPal (using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal account payments). Payments are due within 24 hours, after that we will cancel the transaction without any notice.

Buyers who reside in the state of Missouri will be charged 7.725% sale tax.

SHIPPING
I) We ship PHYSICAL PRODUCTS to all USA states and Canada at the moment.

II) We send DIGITAL FILES to the following countries:

-We ship orders Monday through Friday, except holidays.


**DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the USA)**

-Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with no insurance. A tracking number is included for all orders mailed within the USA. Some orders may be upgraded to Priority Mail upon convenience.

-We ship most orders within 72 hours after the payment is received so they will reach you in less than 10 days. If your package has not arrived after that time, please contact us as soon as possible.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**

-We use USPS First Class Mail International with no insurance. If you wish a different service, please contact us first to adjust listing.

-We always fill out a Customs Form for International orders regardless of their value. All Customs fees when/if they apply, are to be covered by the buyer and we have no responsibility in this matter.

-The time a package takes to reach an international destination varies, but we see that it may take between 5 days up to 5 weeks. If for any reason you have not received your package after 5 weeks, please let us know to see what can be done.

If you want additional services, insurance or an upgraded postal service, please let us know before you check-out to adjust price.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Unfortunately we are unable to work custom orders for now, sorry for the inconvenience. We do not do wholesale or consignment either.
